Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original fashion tags and labels are still attached.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any designated local collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
